Terms and conditions of sale

Effective as of January 1, 2025

ARTICLE 1 – Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Anaëlle TANNIOU (“the Seller”) with non-professional buyers (“the Customers” or “the Customer”) wishing to purchase the products offered for sale (“the Products”) by the Seller on the HasleaCrochet website. The Products include: digital crochet patterns (PDF), printed booklets, physical books, and creative supplies.

ARTICLE 2 – Prices

Products are provided at the current prices listed on the HasleaCrochet website at the time the order is registered. Prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding processing and shipping fees, which are charged extra and indicated before order confirmation.

ARTICLE 3 – Orders

The Customer selects the Products to be ordered on the website. Purchases of PDF files are final and non-refundable after download. Physical products are offered subject to availability. The sale is considered final only after full payment has been received by the Seller.

ARTICLE 4 – Payment

Payment is made through secure methods, including:

Credit or debit card (via Stripe)
Bank transfer (instructions provided upon checkout)

Full payment must be received before any order is processed or shipped.

ARTICLE 5 – Delivery

Digital files are accessible immediately after payment through the customer account. Physical products (booklets and printed books) are shipped only to mainland France and Belgium via Mondial Relay, subject to stock availability. No international shipping is offered due to high delivery costs. Average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

ARTICLE 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital files once downloaded. For physical products, withdrawal is possible as long as the order has not been shipped. In case of a delivery issue, the Customer should contact the Seller.

ARTICLE 7 – Personal Data

Customer data is used solely for order processing, in compliance with GDPR. Customers may contact the Seller for any data-related inquiries.

ARTICLE 8 – Intellectual Property

All content on the HasleaCrochet website (texts, images, patterns, etc.) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or use is strictly prohibited.
